The Richmond Scene is proud to present the second installment of Unpressed 7's. This month features two Josh Small songs left off of his upcoming full length on Suburban Home: "Josh Small's Juke." Unlike the new album, these are stripped down recordings-- accompaniament supplied by Josh alone. Such bare bones give the songs an intimacy that recall his early 2000 recordings.
Also different from the upcoming release, this session was recorded by Allen Bergendahl at Viking Recording Co., before the flood, circa winter 2009.
